Role : Design Development & Sourcing ManagerReports to : Creative Director
Location : Chhatarpur Purpose To translate OFRIDA’s creative vision into production-ready garments by managing design development, sourcing, and QC efficiently across in-house and vendor teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Design Development
Create tech packs, measurements, and detailed construction sheets.
Develop samples with the master tailor; ensure fit, stitching, and finish meet brand standards.
Maintain all print files, design artworks, and cost sheets. 2. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments for both sampling and production.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and MOQs with vendors.
Maintain supplier database and track order timelines. 3. Quality Control
Inspect all incoming and outgoing garments for quality, measurements, and finishing.
Maintain QC checklists and rejection logs.
Ensure all approved pieces are production- and dispatch-ready. 4. Cross-Department Coordination
Work with Production Head for bulk planning and fabric allocation.
Support Brand & Merchandising teams with style specs and product details.
Submit weekly reports on development, sourcing, and QC status. KPIs

2–4 years’ experience in fashion design or production.
Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and vendor management.
Skilled in Illustrator, Excel, and garment costing.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
