Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager CMC QA located in Vadodara. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities related to Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC). This includes developing and implementing QA strategies, managing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest quality standards. Daily tasks will involve documentation review, team leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMC QA, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively
• Knowledge of global regulatory guidelines and requirements
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
