Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Developer (Lead Level) with a strong focus on Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules . As a Techno-Functional Lead, you will primarily focus on technical development while leveraging a solid understanding of functional workflows to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and customize solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

Design, develop, and maintain technical components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE).

Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead technical development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in EBS environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Developer, with expertise in Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules .

Strong skills in PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow development.

Knowledge of OA Framework and Forms Customization is an added plus.

Techno-Functional expertise : Primarily a technical developer with a good understanding of functional processes.

Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have :

Exposure to Oracle Fusion or interest in transitioning to Fusion technologies.

Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.
