Position : Project Manager – Wholesale Banking

📍 Locations : Bangalore | Pune | Gurgaon | Hyderabad

💼 Experience : 10–20 Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Wholesale Banking to lead and drive change across critical business and operational processes. You'll work closely with global stakeholders, manage end-to-end project lifecycle, and deliver key initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business to fully understand goals and challenge requirements constructively.
Drive system / process enhancements to align with Group / Regional directives.
Define scope, outcomes, timelines, resource planning, and budget estimation.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with transparent communication.
Track and manage project budgets, risks, issues, dependencies (RAID), and governance.
Work alongside global / local PMs, BAs, and program leads to manage interdependencies.

What We're Looking For :

Graduate / Postgraduate with 10–12 years of banking experience , with at least 8–10 years in formal Project Management roles .

Strong domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking and related products.

Proven track record of delivering change projects in a global banking environment.

Familiarity with regulatory projects (e.g., Brexit , MiFID ) is a plus.

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict management skills.

Agile mindset with focus on delivering customer value efficiently.

Experience working in cross-cultural, distributed teams across global time zones.
