As a  Creative Strategist , you will be the driving force behind innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns. You’ll blend creativity with analytical thinking to develop compelling content strategies, brand narratives, and campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :  Conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.

Content Ideation :  Develop compelling storytelling approaches for digital campaigns, social media, video, and other formats.

Market Research & Insights :  Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions.

Creative Briefing :  Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for designers, copywriters, and production teams.

Collaboration :  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to bring ideas to life.

Performance Analysis :  Monitor campaign effectiveness, leveraging data to refine and optimize creative strategies.

Brand Development :  Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role in an agency or brand environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies.

Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation.

Experience working with designers, videographers, and content creators.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Alcobev and FMCG.

Background in psychology, marketing, or communications is advantageous.
