About the Role :

ESSITCo. is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist with a passion for performance marketing and creative advertising. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

Manage budgets, analyze data, and track performance metrics.

Conduct A / B testing and audience targeting to improve ROI.

Collaborate with design and content teams on ad creatives.

Prepare performance reports and share key insights.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram ad strategy.

Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Google Ads or other digital ad tools is a plus.
