AWS DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Description :

• The AWS DevOps Engineer is responsible for automating, optimizing, and managing CI / CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes on AWS. This role ensures smooth software delivery while maintaining high availability, security, and scalability.
• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2,EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, and VPC
• Automate the provisioning and management of AWS resources using Infrastructure as Code tools : (Terraform / Cloud Formation / Ansible ) and YAML
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline
• Advocate for a No-Ops model, striving for console-less experiences and self-healing systems
• Experience with containerization technologies : Docker and Kubernetes
• Prepare projects : participate in the upstream phase of the project, participate in the validation integration strategy, and identify the risks.
• Strategize and design : evaluate and design the upcoming deliverables and strategize the plan and help devpos engineers in technical as well as design requirements.
• Implement (install, develop, automate, document) these new delivery environment and tune existing deliverables and industrialize the components
• Assist the Dev (development) & Ops (Operations) teams in the implementation and appropriation of the proposed tools and methods.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using industry-standard tools
• Implement and manage automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Groovy
• Administer and optimize tools like Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Artifactory, and Nexus
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes
• Manage infrastructure and deployment on AWS or GCP
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in Linux-based environments
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of DevOps processes
• Troubleshoot web and backend applications and issues.
• Good understanding on multi-tier applications.
• Knowledge on AWS security, Application security, security best practices.
• SCA analysis, analyzing the security reports, sonarqube profiles and gates.
• Able to draft solutions to improve security based on reporting.
• Lead, drive and implement highly scalable, highly available and complex solutions.
• Up to date with latest devops tools and ecosystem.
