Who you are :

You’re a UI-UX specialist who secretly believes AI is your real co-founder.

You can take a messy Notion doc, a Figma frame, or a brain-dump from a founder running on 3 hours of sleep...

…and turn it into a landing page that slaps.

You don’t just use Figma. You bend it.

You don’t just open Framer. You whisper to it .

Webflow? It’s your playground.

You love no-code. You love AI.

And you love the idea of building websites at the speed of an espresso shot.

Your responsibilities :

Build world-class UI-UX for SaaS, D2C, and experimental products.
Turn raw content into stunning landing pages using AI tools (Framer AI, Figma plugins, Galileo, Relume, Framer magic importer… yes, all the toys).
Use Webflow or Framer to actually ship pages live (not just pretty screens).
Work closely with the Porcellia Ops team to take projects from idea → wireframe → prototype → live.
Maintain design consistency across projects while still experimenting like a mad scientist.
Create clean design systems even when the brief is chaotic (because it will be).
Push the limits of what AI + design can do. We want someone who’s building for the future, not recycling templates.

Your superpowers :

Strong UI-UX foundation. (Layouts, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, psychology… not negotiable.)

Deep understanding of Figma. Like… deep. Components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, the works.

You've built actual websites in Framer or Webflow .

Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design workflows.

A genuine love for design craftsmanship.

Ability to convert any content into a high-converting landing page structure.

You know what good taste looks like. (We can’t train this. It’s either in your bloodstream or not.)

Bonus points if you :

Can build using Framer’s code overrides or Webflow’s interactions.

Use GPT as your design assistant.

Love motion design.

Obsess over conversion-focused design.

Are the type who redesigns apps just because you’re bored.

Compensation & Requirements :

Salary : ₹5–8 LPA (depending on skill, speed, and portfolio strength).
