Job description

Consult in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Information Security Policy framework.

Manage the policy review, update, and approval cycle to ensure timely and effective governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular assessments of security policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Facilitate the policy approval cycle, ensuring timely updates and communication to relevant stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams on policy interpretation and implementation.

Develop and deliver security policy training and awareness programs to enhance organizational understanding and compliance.

Monitor emerging security threats and industry trends to proactively update policies.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security policies and recommend improvements.

Manage projects related to policy development and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.

Stay informed about emerging security threats and industry trends to proactively update policies.

Prepare and present reports on policy status, compliance, and updates to senior management.
