Job Description
We are seeking a skilled performance marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in scaling and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-channel paid media campaigns from strategy to reporting, with a focus on delivering high-performing results. Key responsibilities include :
- Developing and executing data-driven media strategies across Search, Display, Social, and Inmail channels.
- Building detailed media plans with channel mix, audience logic, flighting, budgets, and forecasted KPIs.
- Setting up and optimizing campaigns using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), enhanced conversions, and browser / server-side tagging where relevant.
- Continuously testing copy, creative, bidding, and audiences; automating wherever possible via scripts or platform AI features.
- Troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues, working with developers and third-party tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications :
At least 6 years of experience in performance marketing, managing significant monthly budgets.Proven success in scaling and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, and advanced conversion tracking solutions.Strong command of AI and automation tools to speed up analysis, copywriting, forecasting, and reporting.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.Solid understanding of media attribution models, incrementally testing, and MMM principles.Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.Benefits
