Role Summary : We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Stylist to join our dynamic team atBewakoof. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, a deep understanding ofcurrent trends, and the ability to translate these into innovative and stylish looks that alignwith our brand identity. As a Senior Stylist, you will play a key role in shaping the visualaesthetics of our collections, campaigns, and overall brand image.Experience Required : Minimum of 6 years of professional styling experience in the fashion industry, with at least 3years working with a fashion brand. Proven experience in managing a team of stylists.Key Responsibilities :
- Creative Styling : Develop and execute styling concepts for seasonal collections,editorial shoots, advertising campaigns, and fashion shows.
- Trend Analysis : Stay abreast of current fashion trends and incorporate them into stylingstrategies that enhance our brand's appeal and relevance.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the design team, photographers, models, makeupartists, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and compelling visual presentations.
- Wardrobe Management : Oversee the organization and management of the wardrobe,including sourcing, fitting, and maintaining garments and accessories.
- Team Leadership : Mentor junior stylists and interns.
- Styling Guidelines : Formulate and implement styling guidelines to maintainconsistency and quality across all visual content.
- Sourcing and shoot planning : Plan and manage shoot inventory, including sourcingand budgeting for necessary items.Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of professional styling experience in the fashion industry, with atleast 3 years working with a fashion brand. Proven experience in managing a team ofstylists.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related fieldpreferred.Requirements :
- Demonstrable experience in high-profile fashion styling, including successfulcampaigns, editorials, and runway shows.
- A creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative styling ideasthat push the boundaries of fashion.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a team of junior stylistsand interns.
- At least 4+ years of experience working with a fashion brand, ensuring a deepunderstanding of brand alignment and market positioning.
- Proficiency in planning shoot inventory, helping with pairing, sourcing, and budgeting forstyling items.
- Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Excel, presentation tools, and Google Apps.
