Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative & Content Lead to own the visual identity, storytelling, and content strategy that will strengthen Green Fortunes position as the most distinct windows & doors brand in India. This role combines brand guardianship, content creation, and creative ownership across paid, owned, and earned channels
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Guidelines
- Ensure the brands visual identity and tone is consistently extended across all touchpoints
- Act as the custodian of design consistency, tone, and visual language.
- Ensure that the brand evolves over time in line with consumer expectation
Organic Social Media
Plan and execute the organic social media content calendar across platforms.Build a strong brand community and drive engagement through innovative content formatsPrior Experience in building and scaling organic social media presence is a strong plus.Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of in-house creatives (designers, copywriters, content producers) and external agencies / freelancersEnsure high-quality output and cost efficient project delivery across all creative functionsSales Enablement Assets
Create compelling creative assets for sales : ad creatives, brochures, standees, product catalogues, merchandise, and event collateralSupport the sales team with visually engaging presentations and materialDevelop emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and other touchpoints to nurture leads and generate referral from existing customers.Influencer & Brand Partnerships
Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers aligned with Green Fortunes brand ethos. Build a roaster of barter and paid influencers to expand brand reachBuild partnerships with other lifestyle, design, and sustainability brands for co-marketing 5-7 years in creative and content marketing, or brand communications, preferably in home décor, interiors, building material brands. Or if you have managed brands in this category from an agency.Proven ability to manage and inspire creative teams while maintaining brand integrity.Strong design sensibility with the ability to brief and work with creative agencies / freelancers.Hands-on experience in content planning and asset creation.Track record in building brand presence through social media, especially organic growth.Ability to look at data and recraft creative strategies to drive desired outcomes(ref : iimjobs.com)
