Software Engineer (Full Stack + AI)

About Us

Stickity Retail Pvt Ltd is building a suite of AI-powered tools and agents for modern eCommerce stores. We’re looking for a smart, fast-learning Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building real products end-to-end and has hands-on experience using LLM APIs in projects.

Role Overview

You will build dashboards, APIs, internal tools, and AI-driven features using Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL , and LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic / etc.) and frameworks. You’ll work closely with the founder to ship fast, build clean logic, and solve real eCommerce problems using AI.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build full-stack features using Next.js (frontend) and Node.js / Express (backend)
• Integrate LLM APIs.
• Implement custom prompt engineering, context design, tool-calling logic
• Work with MongoDB + PostgreSQL for data modeling
• Create internal dashboards, automation logic, and chat-based interfaces
• Design scalable REST APIs + handle real-time data when needed
• Write clean, maintainable code and ship fast in a startup environment
• Debug, test, and optimize for performance & reliability
