About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, process control, and product testing to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing Quality Standards : Create and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Product Testing : Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Auditing and Compliance : Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards, and manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes and reduce waste or defects.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with production teams to implement process enhancements and gather feedback.
• Data Analysis : Gather, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Statistical Process Control : Use statistical tools to track and monitor process performance and product quality.
• Reporting : Prepare and present quality reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
