Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Storage & Backup Specialist at Fervid Smart Solutions, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The specialist will manage storage solutions, maintain backup infrastructure, and handle troubleshooting and replication tasks. Responsibilities include designing and implementing storage systems, monitoring performance, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with teams to optimize storage and backup solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Storage Management and Storage Solutions
• Experience in Troubleshooting and problem resolution for storage systems
• Knowledge of Infrastructure design and maintenance for storage environments
• Familiarity with Replication processes to ensure data availability and redundancy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience with Hitachi, HP XP8, Veeam, and Commvault is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
