Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced RFP Writer to lead the sourcing, drafting, and submission of RFP responses for IT Staffing, IT Services, and IT Products across US & Canada markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and identify open RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs relevant to IT Staffing, Services, and Products.
Draft, edit, and submit high-quality RFP responses tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather inputs and create compelling proposals.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, formats, and deadlines.
Maintain a repository of standard templates, case studies, and proposal content for reusability.
Research client and market trends to align proposals with business objectives.
Track RFP response progress, maintain reporting, and follow up on submitted proposals.
Proven experience in RFP response writing for US, Canada, and UK markets is a must.
