Job Profile for BD Sr and Jr, ( Sr should have at least 10yr Experience and Jr. Should have at least 5yrs experience and well know for ROW market ( Latam Market ) In Pharmaceutical's International Market only

This is a full-time on-site role for International Business Sr Manager and Jr Manager positions at Classic Enterprise a Pharmaceuticals company located in Mumbai. The Sr Manager and Jr Manager will be responsible for overseeing international business operations ( ROW Market ), managing key accounts, developing growth strategies, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate international markets and develop business strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of export and import regulations, global trade policies, and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in market research, competition analysis, and identifying business opportunities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in business software tools and reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Proven experience in international business management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and market trends
• Ability to develop and execute business plans
