ANSYS FEA Expert (Freelance, Remote)

Role Type : Freelance (Project-Based)

Location : Remote

What you will do

Perform Structural, Thermal, CFD, and Fatigue Analysis in ANSYS.

Optimize designs made from steel, aluminum, and plastic materials .

Run full simulation workflows : model cleanup, meshing, setup, solving, and reporting.

Provide engineering insights to improve performance, safety, and manufacturability.

Prepare detailed simulation reports with clear results and recommendations.

Collaborate with our design team across robotics, consumer products, and industrial systems.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in ANSYS Workbench (Structural, Thermal, CFD, Fatigue).

Solid foundation in mechanics of materials, heat transfer & fluid dynamics.

Ability to independently handle end-to-end FEA / CFD projects.

2–5+ years of experience OR a strong simulation portfolio.

Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks is a plus).

Nice to have

Experience with nonlinear, dynamic, or vibration analysis.

Knowledge of DFM for sheet metal, plastic molding, machining, or casting.

Background in robotics or industrial product design.
