Responsibilities :
- Supervising the delivery of products and services to customers.
- Creating a customer-centric environment that is interactive, engaging, and reassuring to build customer confidence.
- Adhering to the selling process and organizational policies while maintaining the store's cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Utilizing downtime for self-improvement, including enhancing communication skills, familiarising with SOPs, and managing inventory.
- Executing operational tasks such as paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
- Addressing customer inquiries about products, pricing, and billing, and handling customer escalations.
- Achieving sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
- Demonstrating flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Remaining in an enclosed area for the entirety of the shift while assisting customers.
