Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Director Talent Acquisition. The Director Talent Acquisition will oversee the full life cycle of recruiting, develop and implement effective employer branding strategies, and engage in workforce planning. In this role, the director will be responsible for leading global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that hiring processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Global Talent Acquisition

Skills in Hiring and Employer Branding

Expertise in Workforce Planning

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the IT industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
