🧑‍💻 Software Development Intern (Full-Time, Onsite – Kerala Startup Mission)

Location : Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), Kochi

Duration : 6 months internship (with possibility of full-time offer)

Stipend : ₹0 – ₹20,000 / month (based on prior experience & performance)

🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, full-time interns who are passionate about building software and want hands-on experience working in a real startup environment.

If you’ve done projects during college, enjoy solving problems, and are eager to learn new technologies, this role is for you.

🧩 Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and ability to learn new frameworks quickly
Experience with Flutter (mobile / web) or Next.js / React.js (web) is a plus , but not mandatory
Familiarity with Git / version control
Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to take initiative
Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced team environment

🧠 Internship Structure

Month 1 : Assessment Period

Evaluate technical skills, discipline, and ability to learn

Stipend applicable only if retained after this assessment

Month 3 & 6 : Performance reviews to decide continuation or possible full-time conversion

After 6 Months : Internship may convert to a permanent role based on performance and company requirements

📍 Work Mode

Onsite only – Kerala Startup Mission, Kochi

Work closely with the core product and engineering team

Get exposure to real-world product development, debugging, and deployment workflows

💰 Stipend

₹0 – ₹20,000 / month (based on prior project experience and skill level)

Paid after successful completion of assessment milestones
