Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to leads and explain Kamzo’s services.
  • Follow up with interested users and resolve their queries.
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status in Excel / CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and follow-through.
  • Gather user feedback and report key insights to the team.
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

    Our client is hiring energetic and confident interns for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM - Intern). This is a client-facing tele calling role based out of our Sarjapur Road office. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential users, explaining our offerings, and assisting them with onboarding.
