Role Description

The Business Coach will work closely with budding entrepreneurs and business professionals to deliver impactful coaching sessions, develop business plans, and provide tailored consulting support. The role involves designing and conducting training programs, guiding participants toward achieving their entrepreneurial goals, and helping them refine their business strategies. The Business Coach will also collaborate with the team to enhance the effectiveness of the institute's programs and contribute to fostering a culture of entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

Expertise in Business Coaching and Coaching methodologies to guide and support aspiring entrepreneurs in achieving their goals.

Proficiency in Business Planning and Consulting to provide actionable insights and develop effective strategies for business growth.

Strong skills in Training and educating individuals or groups to build entrepreneurial skills and foster leadership.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.

Experience in mentoring or advising entrepreneurs and start-ups is a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or related certification is a plus.

Proven ability to analyze business challenges and present innovative solutions to address them.
