Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Analytical R&D team within the Peptide Synthesis division. The selected candidate will support the development and execution of analytical methods for peptide characterization, working closely with cross-functional teams in R&D and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and performing analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, UPLC, UV, FTIR, KF, LC-MS) for the characterization and quality assessment of peptides
Conduct routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final peptide products
Support method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior scientists
Document results in laboratory notebooks and prepare basic analytical reports
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and GMP / GLP practices
Perform regular maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments
Work collaboratively with upstream and downstream teams in peptide R&D

Qualifications

M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field

3-5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory

Basic knowledge of HPLC, UV spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques

Good understanding of lab safety and documentation practices

Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic R&D environment

Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Skills : work hands-on with hplc, gc, gc-hs, gc-ms, nmr, aas, kf, dsc, tga,,lead troubleshooting, calibration, and standardization of instruments,peptide analytical
