Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Senior Consultant / Manager with 6 8 years of experience in Pega PRPC design and implementation. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution delivery, oversee technical design, and mentor teams while ensuring adherence to best practices. This role requires strong client interaction skills, leadership ability, and expertise in Pega BPM platform.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications across business domains.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Pega PRPC.
Drive solution architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
Manage and guide junior developers and consultants, providing technical oversight.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams for seamless project delivery.
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and application security.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and provide production support guidance.
Prepare and present technical documentation, design specifications, and solution roadmaps.
Drive project planning, effort estimation, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Engage in client-facing discussions to gather requirements, provide updates, and recommend solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
6 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC design and implementation.
Certified Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or LSA (Lead System Architect) is preferred.
Strong expertise in Case Management, BPM, Rules Engine, Workflows, and Decisioning.
Experience in integrations using SOAP / REST services, MQ, APIs, and external systems.
Proficiency in data modeling, UI design, activity rules, declarative rules, and agents.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience in leading small-to-mid teams, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Good to Have :
Experience in Pega Marketing, Customer Service, or Decisioning modules .
Knowledge of Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) for Pega applications .
Exposure to DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).
