About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic senior professional to lead new store expansion and drive sales performance across existing retail outlets . The ideal candidate will own the complete expansion strategy, store rollout, operational excellence, and revenue growth for all Airnet stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end expansion of new stores across Delhi NCR – location scouting, feasibility, layouts, vendor coordination, and launch.
• Drive sales performance and operational standards across current outlets.
• Develop and execute retail expansion strategy aligned with company growth plans.
• Identify high-potential markets, negotiate leases, and finalize store properties.
• Collaborate with OEM partners for approvals and store formats.
• Monitor store KPIs : revenue, footfall, conversion, ASP, category mix, and profitability.
• Implement SOPs and ensure smooth operations across all retail locations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams for store success.
• Build and lead a high-performing retail operations team.
• Drive new initiatives, promotions, and in-store customer experience improvements.
