About the Role :

We are establishing a new Research & Development unit within our company and are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead this initiative. The Product Manager will act as the bridge between our Headquarters and the local development team, ensuring that products are delivered in line with strategic objectives, technical standards, and market needs.

This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of technology, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and guide software developers to deliver innovative products such as mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Ownership & Vision

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with HQ guidelines.
• Ensure clear translation of HQ requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.
