Job description

Technical, organizational, and cultural leadership for the team.

Build the team by hiring individual contributors, ensuring a healthy mix of talent across seniority, styles, and backgrounds.

As a member of the Azure Spark leadership team, work in alignment with other sites and leaders to define joint technical strategy and execution plans.

Product and live site quality, including processes and practices that ensure we deliver a product the team is proud of.

Build and enhance the Azure Spark ecosystem in the areas of performance, Scale, security, availability, and enterprise readiness.

Owning the Spark deliverables and driving them to end to end, all the way from gathering requirements, development, testing, deployment to ensuring high availability post-deployment.
