• Strong knowledge in Nexthink :
• Nexthink Query Language (NQL) : Proficiency in NQL for creating and managing queries to extract meaningful insights from data.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• API Integration : Experience with Nexthink APIs to integrate with third-party tools and automate workflows.
• Scripting and Automation : Skills in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell to automate tasks and enhance Nexthink functionalities.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :
• Capability to utilize analytics insights to diagnose common Windows issues.
• Competence in troubleshooting application compatibility problems.
• Skill in recommending corrective actions to IT teams to remediate identified issues and improve end user experience.
• Performance Optimization :
• Ability to identify trends and optimize performance across the Windows and Mac ecosystem.
• Experience in using data insights to inform strategic decisions regarding device management, software updates, and user experience.
