TCS presents an Excellent opportunity for Desktop Support Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8-10 Yr

• Experience in managing Desktop Engineering tools, products, processes etc covering Application packaging, Desktop build management, GPO, GPP, SCCM / Intune / MECM etc
• Experience in troubleshooting performance related issues escalated by L2 teams covering group policies, builds, SCCM / Intune etc.
• Do a trend analysis of ticket trends and propose improvements
• Create, manage and approve knowledge articles
• Provide 1 : 1 support to Platinum and Gold users
• Good understanding and knowledge Windows Active directory and Azure AD
