Overview :

Experience : 4+ Years

Qualification : Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee multiple accounts, managing budgets and timelines efficiently.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive client and new-business PR strategies and plans.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts and assist in new business pitches and presentations.
  • Provide senior-level counsel to clients, advising on communication strategy, media relations, and reputation management.
  • Lead and mentor account teams, fostering collaboration, creativity, and skill development.
  • Ensure account profitability through proactive planning and performance monitoring.
  • Write, edit, and review press materials, proposals, and communication plans.
  • Build strong media and influencer relationships to drive impactful coverage.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development opportunities.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 4+ years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable PR plans.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Solution-driven with excellent project management and follow-through skills.
  • Strong media relations and influencer engagement experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
