𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 :

We are seeking a technically skilled 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀) to create and manage all project-related visual documentation including 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, fabrication detailing, product integration visuals, and presentation renderings.

This position serves as a bridge between design intent and execution, ensuring that all drawings are clear, standardized, and production ready across diverse interior product lines from blinds and acoustics to wall coverings and furniture.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

1. Prepare 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, elevations, and product integration visuals for client approvals and presentations.

2. Convert architect drawings and site measurements into accurate product placement layouts for blinds, wall panels, acoustic baffles, and furniture.

3. Collaborate with design, production, and client teams to translate concepts into precise manufacturing drawings.

4. Create 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to help clients visualize final installations.

5. Maintain 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, standard layer systems, and documentation consistency across product categories.

6. Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to revise drawings based on site changes or feedback.

7. Support product documentation and specification sheets with detailed visual references.

8. Ensure accuracy and alignment between approved drawings and production files.

9. Maintain a structured digital archive for drawings and project references.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 :

• 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 / 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀.
• Proficiency in 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗖𝗔𝗗, 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗪, 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 (SketchUp / 3D visualization is a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, scale, dimensioning, and detailing.
• Familiarity with materials, finishes, and assembly methods.
• Excellent coordination and communication across teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy.
• High attention to detail and a refined visual presentation sense.
