Executive - CRM

We’re Hiring : CRM & Retention Specialist | Bangalore (On-site)

Experience : 1–3 years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing

Tools : Klaviyo / CleverTap / MoEngage or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Setup & Optimization

Build and manage customer journeys (on Klaviyo / CleverTap / MoEngage)

Define and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, cart abandon, reactivation, winback)

Segmentation logic & experimentation

Platform & Agency Partnerships

Liaise with CRM tools' success teams for feature leverage

Work with external partners / agencies to manage campaigns, audits, etc.

Campaign Execution & Growth

Execute weekly / monthly campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp)

Own retention metrics — repeat rate, LTV, churn rate

Data & Analytics

Track flow performance (OR, CTR, CVR, revenue contribution)

Build dashboards / reports for team & leadership
