Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially sharp, execution-driven Artist Business Manager with 3–4+ years of experience in talent, celebrity, brand or production ecosystems.

This is an in-office, high-responsibility role requiring:

• On-ground production coordination
• Client-facing professionalism
• Revenue understanding
• Strong personality management
• Ability to manage chaos without losing control

You will act as the primary business custodian for assigned artists.

Core Responsibilities

1️⃣ Business & Commercial Oversight

• Manage day-to-day business operations for assigned artists
• Support and lead commercial negotiations (alongside senior leadership where required)
• Ensure correct pricing, deal structuring & margin protection
• Oversee contracts, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

2️⃣ Client & Brand Coordination

• Be the single point of contact for brands & agencies
• Manage deliverables, timelines and expectations
• Ensure professional communication at all times
• Build long-term client relationships

3️⃣ Production & Shoot Management

• Coordinate with production houses, casting teams, event teams
• Attend shoots, meetings and travel as required
• Manage logistics, artist requirements and crisis handling
• Ensure execution quality matches commercial commitment

4️⃣ Strategic Career Building

• Assist in building long-term positioning for each artist
• Identify relevant brand categories and casting opportunities
• Collaborate with PR and digital teams for alignment

5️⃣ Industry & Database Development

• Maintain and expand relationships across:
• Casting directors
• Producers
• Brand teams
• Agencies
• Event curators

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ 3–4+ years of experience in Talent / Celebrity / Brand / Production Management

✔ Comfortable handling senior talent personalities

✔ Strong commercial and negotiation understanding

✔ Experience coordinating with production teams

✔ High emotional intelligence

✔ Fluent in written & spoken English

✔ Adaptable under tight timelines

✔ Professional, meticulous, assertive
