About the Role

As a Team Lead – VKYC, you'll be the driving force behind our Video KYC operations. You'll guide a team of VKYC agents to deliver fast, compliant, and high-quality verifications. Think of this role as part mentor, part regulator, part efficiency expert. You'll coach your team, track performance, implement process improvements, and make sure we never miss a beat on compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire the VKYC team to deliver exceptional service and stay fully compliant with RBI regulations
• Stay updated on all RBI guidelines related to KYC and ensure your team is too
• Conduct onboarding training and ongoing learning sessions to keep the team sharp
• Monitor daily team performance, give regular feedback, and handle performance reviews
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and ensure resource availability for seamless day-to-day operations
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance speed and accuracy
• Review VKYC cases and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Step in to resolve complex cases, guide your team on decision-making, and escalate when needed
• Work closely with other departments to align on process and solve customer-impacting issues
• Share insights and reports on team performance, compliance status, and improvement areas with leadership
