Digital Transformation Leader (Finance) - Big4 -CTC upto 70 LPA

Key Responsibilities : -

Consultants in this area work across the entire project lifecycle, from strategy articulation to implementation and post-go-live support.

• Strategy and Roadmap Development : Define front office and overall finance transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients, including business case development.
• Process Improvement and Redesign : Analyze current state business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)) and design future-state operating models leveraging digital solutions.
• Technology Implementation : Lead the selection, design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, managing client expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives at all levels, including the C-suite.
• Project Management : Oversee and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of transformation programs.
• Innovation and Solution Development : Develop use cases and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new and emerging technologies like AI, automation, and blockchain, contributing to thought leadership and internal practice development.
• Risk and Compliance : Ensure that new processes and systems adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls (e.g., SOX compliance).
