Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Manager

to oversee the successful delivery of client projects. In this role, you will ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met while keeping clients and internal teams aligned. You’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable project plans, anticipating risks, and keeping communication clear and structured throughout every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership :

Plan, organize, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

Client Communication :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.

Cross-Team Coordination :

Facilitate collaboration across design, development, and QA teams; ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables.

Process Management :

Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve risks before they impact delivery.

Documentation & Reporting :

Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and dashboards; share progress with internal stakeholders and clients.

Quality Assurance :

Ensure deliverables meet ShopTrade’s standards for performance, usability, and polish.

Continuous Improvement :

Work with leadership to refine project management processes, templates, and tools for scalability.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

2-3 years of project management experience in a technology, SaaS, or eCommerce environment (experience with Shopify or related commerce platforms is a strong plus).

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Hubstaff, or similar) and comfort learning new systems.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).

Strong client-facing experience, with confidence in leading meetings and presenting updates.

Proactive problem solver, detail-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Expectations

Clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration with clients across multiple timezones is managed thoughtfully, with schedules and communication adapted to ensure alignment and responsiveness.

Risks are anticipated and resolved before they escalate.

Project processes become more efficient and scalable over time.

Your Team

You’ll work directly with our delivery leads, developers, and designers, while closely collaborating with leadership. You will play a central role in bridging clients and teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
