Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive located in Vapi. The Purchasing Executive will handle daily purchasing operations, such as processing purchase orders and requisitions, managing procurement activities, and collaborating with suppliers. The role requires maintaining records of purchases, working with various departments to fulfill material requirements, and ensuring timely procurement while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Strong skills in Procurement and vendor relationship management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate between suppliers and internal teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement, particularly in the chemical industry, is advantageous
