Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions leveraging OTM capabilities.
- Configure, customize, and implement OTM modules, including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Visibility, and Settlement Processes.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers to educate users and stakeholders on OTM best practices.
- Develop technical specifications, functional design documents, and test plans for OTM implementations and enhancements.
- Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM applications, diagnosing technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with OTM product enhancements and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
- Experience in on-premises to cloud migration and solid logistics domain knowledge is a plus.
