Job Title: HR Manager / Real Estate Background / Immediate Joiners Preferred / End-to-End HR activities for a Growing Organization / Independently handle the HR activities.

CTC - 5- 8 Lacs ONLY

Reporting to MD

Prefers Immediate Joiners / Local Chennai Candidates / Available for Interview preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, and HR automation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both automated systems and manual HR processes, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
• Proficiency in HR software and reporting (MIS/Analytics)
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Willingness to travel quarterly
