Key Responsibilities

• Technical :
• Strong understanding of drawing standards, ability to execute instructions independently, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and review / mark up drawings for junior team members.
• Documentation & Process :
• Knowledge of RIBA Stages, interdisciplinary coordination, consultant scopes, and industry standards. Ability to use approved documents and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Project Administration :
• Understand project requirements, support feasibility studies, estimate work hours, identify risks early, manage documentation, and assist seniors in ensuring compliance and project delivery.
• Project Tools :
• Advanced Revit skills (Autodesk certification preferred), model setup, clash detection, design options, parametric families, and keynoting. Basic knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe tools, and Enscape.
• Architecture, Construction & Technology :
• Ability to interpret and respond to client mark-ups, understand construction sequencing, materials, and building elements, and support seniors in technical development.
