📍 Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

🕒 Shift : Regular US Shift (5 : 30pm ist to 2 : 30am ist)

🚪 Work Type : Work from Office

Job Description :

We are seeking experienced individuals for the position of Searcher within us Production Services department. If you have 1 to 4 years of experience and expertise in Residential & Commercial Title Search processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Scrutinizing Recorded Documents : Carefully examine recorded trust deeds, contracts,

and other legal documents that may impact property titles.

  • Locating Relevant Records : Locate tax records, judgments, liens, mortgages, and

    • information related to bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings.

  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of property title information gathered during

    • the title search examination.

  • Researching Conditions and Restrictions : Thoroughly research any conditions or

    • restrictions that may exist on property titles.

  • Summarizing Legal Details : Summarize pertinent legal or insurance details for

    • examination, proof, and ready reference by creating Title Commitments.

    Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of Title Insurance concepts such as Legal Description,

    • Easements, CCR’s, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Mortgages & related documents, Probate,

    etc.

  • 2+ years of experience in the Title Search process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a regular US shift work environment.
  • Proficiency in applications such as Qualia, State Capital, Netronline, Data Tree, Data

    • Trace, MS Office, etc.

  • Creativity and agility in learning and training.
