Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned React.JS Lead Engineer to lead the front-end development of complex, large-scale web applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical visionary with deep expertise in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, and scalable UI architecture. You will be responsible for guiding a team of frontend developers, shaping the technical direction of our web platforms, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces across diverse enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and performant component libraries and UI frameworks aligned with design system standards.
• Champion best practices in state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand), routing (React Router), and form handling (Formik, React Hook Form).
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences.
• Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level frontend engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive adoption of modern development practices including CI / CD pipelines, automated testing (Jest, Cypress, RTL), and observability in frontend applications.
• Optimize application performance, load times, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1) across all supported browsers and devices.
• Evaluate and integrate new frontend technologies, libraries, and tools to enhance developer productivity and product quality.
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Represent the frontend team in technical discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decision-making forums.
