Maintain accurate records of safety performance and prepare MIS reports for management. Drive a culture of proactive safety, encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions and continuous improvement. Guide and mentor junior safety officers / managers to build a strong safety team across projects. About You Minimum Qualification : B.E. / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety / Safety Management. Minimum Experience : 8–12 years in safety management Software Knowledge : MS Office, safety audit software, and reporting tools. Skills : Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, accident investigation, risk management, and training methodologies. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
