About The Job :

We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist with deep expertise in Commercial Lines insurance products to join our team.

In this role, you will support the onsite Product Owner in analyzing ISO manuals, managing product backlogs, and ensuring successful implementation of commercial lines offerings such as Commercial Property, General Liability, CPP, Inland Marine, Crime, and Umbrella.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and IT to define requirements, validate testing, and drive user acceptance.

This is a strategic role ideal for someone with strong domain knowledge, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality insurance solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities :

• Support the onsite Product Owner in analyzing product models and ISO manuals for commercial lines offerings (Rates, Rules, and Forms).
• Manage the product backlog, document requirements, and provide clarifications and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define and review testing scenarios, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Review QA results and support business analysts in defining and executing UAT scenarios.
• Ensure successful UAT execution and manage defect triage processes.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams for requirement definition, sign-off, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
