Job description

This is a remote position.

Mail : -

telecaller job involves making and receiving calls to sell products or services generate leads and assist customers. Key duties include making outbound calls to potential customers handling inbound inquiries resolving complaints and maintaining accurate customer records using scripts and CRM software. The role requires strong verbal communication sales and negotiation skills with a minimum of a high school diploma often being a requirement.

Core responsibilities

Outbound calling : Making calls to potential or existing customers to promote products services or special offers.

Lead generation : Identifying and qualifying sales leads through phone conversations.

Customer support : Answering questions providing information and resolving issues for customers.

Sales and persuasion : Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Call and data management : Using scripts to ensure consistent messaging documenting call outcomes and updating customer databases accurately.

Follow-up : Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

Required skills and qualifications

Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service : Ability to handle inquiries complaints and different customer temperaments.

Sales and persuasion : Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Computer proficiency : Basic computer skills with knowledge of CRM software and data entry being a plus.

Professionalism : Ability to follow scripts adhere to company guidelines and manage time effectively.

Education : A high school diploma is typically required but higher education may be preferred or required by some companies.

Problem-solving : Ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues.

Language skills : Strong command of the primary language spoken; knowledge of other languages can be beneficia
