Your Mission
As a
Sales Development Representative
, your core focus will be to build top-of-the-funnel momentum by generating qualified opportunities for our professional services and SaaS products. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, helping them understand how our platforms solve key challenges in innovation and IP management.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting : Launch and manage cold outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and social channels to generate interest.
Market research : Identify ideal customer profiles, map decision-makers, and monitor trends across key industries.
Lead qualification : Engage prospects to uncover pain points, budget, timelines, and readiness for deeper discussions.
Performance tracking : Monitor outreach activity, conversion rates, and continuously optimize performance metrics.
Cross-functional collaboration : Work with product and sales teams to refine messaging, share insights, and improve lead quality.
CRM management : Maintain clean and accurate records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
Ideal Profile
1–4 years of experience in
SaaS or software product sales
in a
B2B international market
Previous success generating leads and booking meetings for enterprise sales teams
Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives
Exceptional communication skills and ability to deliver value-driven messaging
Confident and persistent in cold outreach environments
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Bonus : Exposure to IP, innovation consulting, or deep-tech SaaS selling
