Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate (Closing Manager)
Key Responsibilities
Drive commercial real estate sales closures by converting leads into executed deals.
Handle end-to-end client negotiations , pricing discussions, and deal structuring.
Manage walk-in enquiries, site visits, and corporate presentations.
Build and strengthen channel partner networks for consistent lead flow.
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, digital marketing, and SEO-driven lead generation.
Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate sales tracking and reporting.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and deliver revenue growth.
Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
