Role Description

We are seeking an Architect (5–7 years experience) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a thorough understanding of architectural detailing, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines. This role calls for a professional who can bring precision, collaboration, and design sensitivity to every stage of the project.

Job Description

Lead Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination to develop comprehensive GFC drawings

Prepare detailed working drawings, technical documentation, and design deliverables

Coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency

Support project execution through regular site visits and on-site coordination

Desired Profile of the Candidate

Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution

5–7 years of relevant professional experience

Prior experience in conservation projects is preferred

Strong coordination and communication skills

Hands-on knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination

Familiarity with architectural specifications, documentation, and standard industry practices

Knowledge of international codes and systems is an added advantage

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software skills are a plus

Good site experience is desirable
