• Taking full responsibility of hiring best and appropriate talent for Internal Team.
• Has closed 50 positions until now in any domain
• Is high energy and proactive
• Has great followup
• An Eye to pick the right candidate (who can fuel the workplace) from the large pool of Recruiters
• Willing to work 100% from Office in Koregaon park, Opp starbucks, Pune 411001
• Is ok to work monday to saturday all 6 days from office
• Wants to be an aspirant HRBP in 3 years time
• Is hungry to grow and perform
• Has a clear purpose statement
